In the south-western part of Katowice Wojciech Korfanty International Airport in Pyrzowice, construction of a General Aviation hangar is under way. The 5 453 m² building will be 133 metres wide, 41 metres deep and 11 metres tall. The building will comprise three independent segments - each one will allow to store business jets and helicopters. The General Aviation hangar will be put into service in the first quarter of 2025. PROMUS from Ruda Śląska is the main contractor.
